Returns:

If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, we only accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] to inform us about the return and the tracking number of the package. We will refund your payment within 10 days after receiving the package and inspect the item. It should be unused and at the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be completed through a bank transfer or pay pal account. Shipping and bank transfer costs will be charged on the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be sent to you, and you will also be charged of the courier expenses. Please note that exchanges can be made only with products of the same seasonal collection.
